Kyle
Sheetz has been involved in real estate since the
early 1990’s. With a background in business, land
acquisition, and sales and marketing, Kyle started
his real estate career as a residential appraiser in
Utah County and worked in marketing and sales with a
well-known contractor whose focus was luxury ski
condos, custom log homes, and luxury residences.
From the very beginning, the real estate industry
has been in Kyle’s blood.
Living in Southern Utah had always been a lifelong
dream. In 1999 the opportunity to relocate
presented itself, and never looking back, Kyle
forged forward in real estate. After only 1 year,
Kyle was named Coldwell Banker’s Top Producer
and Iron County’s Rookie of the Year. He
continued to be a Top Producer for 3 more years and
received numerous President’s Circle Awards,
ranking him among the top 10 agents in Utah.
In
2006, Kyle achieved his goal of acquiring his
Brokers license. It is now and honor and great
opportunity to be chosen from among his peers as the
Branch Broker for the new RE/MAX First Realty in
Cedar City.
